Hi, OP here. First, I can't just hit a kid, even if he punched me. And second, his Dad wasn't in sight. So I couldn't have really done anything.

I've actually chased one of those lil ******* back to their parents.. When they refused to do shit about it, i got my niece and had her go up and punch the dad in the balls and yell the same thing.. They were pissed, but they couldn't do anything..
