Look, I have been with someone like this and honestly, it doesn't matter what his motives are, it's up to you whether you are in it or not. If he doesn't want to show you off, that's not nothing to do with us or the others on FML, if you're ok with it, then be with him. If you think there's something wrong with it, obviously he doesn't want to change, then just break up with him. No point sticking around. Just a thought!
