ahaha phale whale!
I'm not sure which way to vote on this, because while I totally understand not getting management to help you out because they're dickheads, detecting real $50s and $100s isn't that hard and should be basic knowledge, even if the cashier has had no "official" training. I had to have another cashier teach me; it's ridiculous that management wouldn't show you, regardless of the store policy. For future reference, OP: each real bill with have red and blue "threads" throughout the bill and there will be a stripe with the currency amount that shows up when you hold it up to the light. These are the BASIC ways to detect the bill, but a counterfeit-detection pen should be provided for you anyway.
Your fault all the managers hate you, or maybe they're all just very short tempered. (:
Manager fail :P
yeah your ******* stupid it's easy to check counterfit bills dumbass
where do you work?? most places these days have the pens to check for counterfeit bills. if the company cared they should have them! but honestly its not that hard to tell a fake
It really isn't. Step 1 - Run pen over bill Step 2 - See if it's fake Step 3 - You're done I'm sure your place of buisness had one of those magic pens. YDI buddy.
All you have to do is hold it up to the light. Any moron can see the strip on $20 and higher bills. I also learned all the ways to spot fake money in high school. Your managers are partly to blame, but you should have been able to tell.
i dont think so. i worked at macys and they dont have any at the registers, just one i think in the cash room, and worked at DQ a couple years back and they had none. but they all should IMO

That is your managers' faults for not paying attention to you. I hope you didn't get in trouble because of them.
I bet the person that gave you the money was pretty nervous too, in hopes that they wouldn't get caught. FYL.
