Today, I went into Whole Foods asking if they carried a supplement called Carnosine. The girl assisting me had no idea what it was, but asked, "Is this for weight loss?" FML

Well it actually can be used for weight loss. Carnosine speeds up cellular activity and some studies show it aids in weight loss

Actually about 99% could if they really wanted to. Not while living any life different than a super model's mind you. But it is physically possible.
