P.S. even back then, authors usually described characters as "tittering" to indicate their behaving like an idiot or airhead. I doubt you intended to admit being an airhead - ha ha on you for probably misinterpreting descriptions of social situations in your preferred reading material all the time.
I think that the fact that you "tittered vigorously" makes you deserve it
haha, I'm just gonna take a wild guess and assume you didn't get laid after that date.
All the comments that say "YDI for 'tittering vigorously'" are funnier than the FML itself. I also have to agree - Tittering does not make you sound more intelligent, or more English. My friend from Essex doesn't even use that word. Sorry (but not really) OP, but YDI. Learn to control your gag reflex. Bodily fluids on the first date aren't sexy.
did he go for a after date kiss???? lol
Every time I read this fml it pisses me off..
Tittered? It's probably because I'm American, but is that even a word?
It means you are trying to suppress your laughter but you let a half laugh escape
that sucks... btw what was the joke haha?

I wasn't aware you could titter vigorously.....I've heard of people working out vigorously, and arguing vigorously, but tittering? How the **** do you manage to do that?
that teaches you to not fake you titters
