I'm blind in one eye, too, and I never get offended when people ask something like that. It's not like you knew, so it's not your fault. And it really shouldn't be such a sensitive subject unless she like lost vision in that eye from an accident or something. Otherwise, it's really not that big of a deal... it happens, can't fix it. But we do miss out on the 3D experience ='(
It's not that great anyways . Not missing out :)
Geez, people need to chill. If she didn't tell you, and it wasn't obvious, then she has no right to get upset. Hell, even if she DID tell you, it's a natural question to ask--I don't think most people would think that someone who is blind in one eye can't see in 3D, because it's just a foreign idea to us. Unless you ARE it, you can't imagine it.
I feel her pain...
My boyfriend offered to take me to a 3D film, actually. We've been seeing each other 2 years and he forgot that I was blind in my left eye. Doesn't really get my goat though, lots of people forget - despite it looking like a ****** up cat eye. I just tell them I lost it as a punishment for ******* up a coke deal or something. It's a filthy, ugly, lie obviously.
Was she able to cry out of both eyes? Or just the good one?
wow you're a dick

I'm pretty sure he's overreacting and it went this way: "have you ever seen a 3d movie?" "no i cant see 3d i'm blind in one eye" "oh ok too bad"
Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life for me!
