Well, he was just trying to get some business. and by the way, it would be an FML if he said, "Um. I don't think even we can fix it." The fact that he said he could fix it means it is not a big (perceived) problem. (Not that I am saying it is a problem at all ...) Cheer up!

That does suck but Im a hairstylist and I wouldn't have done that! I would have thought something was up with your hair if it looked bad and maybe it did I wouldn't know. just don't go back to that salon I guess they don't treat people nice!
