"Killing is a good way to shut someone up."
The only option you have is to politely ask her to wait until you get a proper haircut. .
start a conversation with the other people there.
conversations leads to good business you never know...respond promptly...
Some Advice would be don't get smart with her
What a hair-raising experience...
I guess you might have other works on priority whilst your boss was in the mood of chit-chatting with you, but who knows, might be she is impressed with your performance and is trying to build friendship outside work place. Other way, if there was anything extremely important, then you could have asked her politely for your departure highlighting the need to attend to your personal or professional work.
Were you the one that paid the hairdresser to smear blood into your boss's hair? Now not only one, but two FML's make sense to me!
Some of those obnoxious bullying bosses are really insecure inside. They aren't idiots; they can see most people don't really like them for their personality and feel heavy-handedness and fear is a good way to keep everyone in line. The sad bit is if they just loosened up a tad, they'd be more human. I feel your pain OP.

Should have slid the barber a little extra to take a little extra off the back of your bosses head
Try talking back. You never know you might find out they're not that bad. Some people just aren't cut out to be leaders.
