I'm gonna be another person that says it'll just grow back. Look, I know parents have this thing about "my kid, my rules" but you also know your dad pretty well. Does he not strike you as the type of guy to have done this? No signs of being a prankster?Come on, OP. Think about it. No- You don't have to be happy about it, but it will grow back, if your daughter isn't completely destroyed and is okay with a bald head for now, then I see no harm done.
