Today, I went to the Apple store to try and figure out what's going on with my iPhone. After an hour of speaking to three different geniuses and waiting around, their solution was to "Google it." FML

I could call myself lance hardwood doesn't mean I would be great pornstar, just like having a title of apple genius doesn't mean they are any smarter then the average person. It's just a job for them

I have been to my local Apple store and it's hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone who is a nice person and helps you solve your problem, sometimes you get a smug, pretentious asshole who treats you like shit because they think they are superior to you since they can program a computer or iPhone. Google is a better resource to start troubleshooting a problem, then if you're really stuck, go to the Apple store and hope you get a assistant with a personality, not some geek with an ego the size of the store.
