Today, I went to the Apple store to try and figure out what's going on with my iPhone. After an hour of speaking to three different geniuses and waiting around, their solution was to "Google it." FML

I call fake on this. If the Apple Genius can't fix the problem, they usually just replace your device (if its under warranty). If this is true, you could get that employee fired because Apple is so strict with the employee guidelines. However, you really should have Googled it before going in to the store.

It is really disappointing that Apple calls them geniuses when in fact, they are not geniuses but can be downright retarded at times. Oh how the standards of being smart have fallen.
