Like someone mentioned in another topic. Guys who cheat will normally own up to it. I know plenty of girls who cheated and acted like it's nothing "and just having fun" and never own up. Cowardly and failing to accept responsibility to say the least.

I don't get it, girls want the truth, so when a guy confesses to being weak, or having a moment of weakness, she leaves him? That's total bs. He confessed to you, you didn't find out, so one of two things is true, either he was trying to tell you that he felt terrible and was extremely sorry, or he wanted to break it off with you.
