How did you marry him? The system will not let you get married to someone who is all ready currently married to some one. Having multiple wives or husbands is not aloud on the US.

selling drugs is not "aloud" in the US either but people do it. there is not national centralized database of who has what marital status actually preventing bigamous marriages, it is however a crime in many states so he could be sent to jail or fined
