Today, I went to the hospital with severe chest pain, thinking it was a heart attack. Turns out now I just can't have booze, pop, chocolate, fruit with skins, seeds, tomatoes, or mint. I'd rather have the heart attack. FML

You can still have a salad so there's nothing to worry about!

You don't make friends with salad

Why in the hell did you sign up for weight watchers!?

I bet you just had to poop and didnt have enough fiber in you.

I'm pretty sure you wouldn't rather have the heart attack. And if this is so serious, you would have found out many years ago ;)

Yeah, new medical issues never arise later in life. /eyeroll

Fruit with skins? Does that mean she can still eat them if she doesn't eat the skin/outer part? I tried to google it but only got info about fruit making skin look younger. Lol

NM I guess she can eat things like melon since it's rind not skin. Right? Oh who am I kidding, I'm still not sure! Haha

haha me neither.. but I do know someone who is allergic to just the skin of all fruits, so she just takes it off and eats the rest of the fruit, i guess that's the same with OP then? :)

What disease do you have where you can't have those specific things?

Acid Reflux Disease, also known as Gastro-Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). The sphincter at the top of the stomach doesn't close properly and acid splashes into the esophagus causing heartburn and sometimes intense chest pain. IT BLOWS

I had a heart attack a few months ago. You don't want to have one.

Don't eat the soilent green IT'S PEOPLE!!!

oh is it gastritis? I have the same thing! it sucks but as long as you take meds n take care of it, it'll be ok and you can eat whatever.

I feel your pain OP. I can't have milk or soy...the two main ingredients in 99% of foods in America. *sigh* Good luck on the hunt for safe food :)
