Today, I went to the yearly town carnival with my friends. I hadn't slept well the night before and when I got onto the scariest ride, I somehow fell half asleep. I woke up upside down and ended up peeing myself in terror. FML

Today, I went to an amusement park with my family and we all decided to ride the tallest rollercoaster. As soon as the ride got going, I realized I'd made a huge mistake and was too terrified to open my eyes. I spent the entire ride screaming, with my hands over my eyes, and afterwards my cousin called me a wuss. FML

Today, I tried to tackle my fear of heights by riding a rollercoaster. Once we were near the top, it malfunctioned, causing it to stop, and we all had to get out and climb back down. My girlfriend laughed at me for how scared I was. FML

Hey OP here!!! Can't believe this got posted! I think I have some explaining to do here. First of all, I have terrible insomnia, which I pointed out in my original FML, but somehow it was edited out. Second, when I got on the ride, it was rather late at night and not many people were still at the park. They were launching the last few rides, and my friends and I snagged seats on this insane ride we were saving for last. When I got onto the ride, we had to wait about 10 minutes before we could start, to load up and make sure everyone who still wanted to go could get on. I had been at the park all day, and was pleasantly exhausted, where I felt I would be able to get some sleep tonight. As it turned out, I got a little too comfortable, and closed my eyes for a second. The ride is very slow in the beginning, so when it started, I didn't notice it was moving, and stayed in a half-sleep trance. The ride suddenly spins you around in a circle, which is what jolted me back up, and I was utterly terrified. Unfortunately for me, I ended up peeing myself everywhere because of how much soda my friends and I had chugged a little while ago.
