Cats nest when they're pregnant. They choose the spot they're going to give birth in about halfway through the pregnancy. You didn't notice she had been sitting on your face? On the bright side....KITTENS!!!!!!

Careless breeding is not a miracle. I wish I could take each and every one of you with that mindset to your local animal control on kill days. Puppies, kittens, mothers, seniors, unborn - they all die without rescue or adoption.

I totally agree. If the cat will have her kittens on you, she totally trusts you which means you are a fantastic cat owner. Cats are very private creatures and only share things like this with certain members of their pride.
