Today, I woke up really early before my mom so I could make pancakes for Mother's Day. I placed everything on a tray and even picked a flower, had a card for her and took it to her bedroom. She said, "You shouldn't have, pancakes are fattening." She took one bite and fed the rest to the dogs. FML

Today, my mom had me and my little brother make pancakes for breakfast. I had to let the dog out of the house to go do his business, so I had my little brother wait there and told him not to touch anything. I came back 5 minutes later, and there were cracked eggs in the almost-done batter. FML

Today, I sent a $120 bouquet of flowers for mother's day. When I called tonight see if my Mom got them, she replied that they were still on the doorstep because she "didn't want the dogs to get excited and start barking" when she opened the front door to bring them in. FML

Today, I found out that my mother organized someone to feed my pets because I would be out of town overnight, even though I told her that I would be back in the morning and they would be fine. They overfed my dogs, with one of them eating over 10% of her weight, and now she may have bloat, which is often fatal. FML

Today, I wanted to do something nice for my mom. So, while she was sleeping, I cleaned the whole house for her and even made her breakfast. A few minutes later, she came downstairs and yelled at me to keep it down because she was trying to sleep. FML

I did the same thing, but i screwed up on them and had to throw out four cups of flour and milk, two boxes of sugar, and more! and now the garbage bag will probably break when i throw the stuff out

It's not that bad. If she's on a diet, then yeah, she shouldn't eat pancakes. She DID at least appreciate the effort, and took a bite. You expect her to get fat just because you went to all the HORRIBLE LONG trouble of making pancakes? You should've asked her what she'd like for a breakfast last week, like I did with my mother in law.

BITCH! Sounds like what my mom would say... But she's a health freak, so I wouldn't cook her anything anyway. I'd take her to movie or something. Even if your mom didn't like them, she should have eaten them anyway. A few pancakes won't make you fat!
