Coworker needs to learn how to spell.
Reading that hurt my brain more than watching a Powerpoint presentation using clipart, animations, and Comic Sans.
maybe tomorrows a good day to not show up... I mean you've technically been fired already...
Sounds like you get along with your manager, take this as an opportunity to go in to work tomorrow, see your CEO and say I hate this place and I hate you! I quit!. Quitting looks better on a resume than getting fired ;)
sounds like your manager's job title is higher than his education level and I.q..........which just baffles me who they let that high on the employment chain these days
the manager probably learned to text from a flip phone that didnt have a full keyboard. it was so much effort to use proper language that people texted like this. thats why its usually adults who use this text lingo,
They say mate in South Africa?
We are a very diverse country with many different influences on slang, some do manage to surprise me. Generally "mate" would be used by our equivalent of British football hooligans / enthusiasts.

Sounds like you may be better off . At least you co worker sounds like a teenager not a professional.
Tell him he can only fire you if he can spell it right.
