Sorry OP. If ur a girl, I know how u feel. I use to get them all the time and then figured out that it was cuz I was having sex right after I ate. Now we try with an empty stomach and the cramps are gone. Might wanna try this if this is what u are doing too. Hope it gets better.

I have the same problem. My doctor told me it was psychological with no idea's to resolve it. :(

Whatever you are OP, please see a doctor - any type of doctor to at least start with. Sex should be enjoyed, not feared because of pain. Good luck!

To me it sounds like some sort of pelvic floor muscle issue. Either way I agree with the general consensus.... please go to a doctor.
