Sometimes guys really don't want you wearing their shirts because your boobs stretch the shirt enough so it no longer fits. However, since he now wants it dry cleaned, there's clearly more going on. Perhaps he's just not that into you.

That's pretty horrible OP- the shirt might have a huge amount of sentimental value and he might have asked you to have it DC because of makeup stains? If you guys haven't been together long or wearing his clothes isn't a usual thing, maybe it would have been better to ask first? Anyway, he handled it badly and you should probably tell him how it made you feel.

If I had freshly cleaned and pressed dress shirts I would not want my gf wearing them.
