The FML is that you kept a phone number on your neck all day while people laughed at you. which implies you either don't have a cellphone [which is understandable but still very cheap if you don't go with crazy extras] or that you were too stupid to use your cellphone to input your number. If you absolutely need to write a number down on your body you do it somewhere people won't normally see it, like an arm. . .

No I probably wouldn't - I don't know about you but I tend to date more upstanding women. If a girl is going to get that close to my neck chances are I already have her phone number. Or she's "easy" and I probably wouldn't want to call her back anyway. In that very slim chance where I would find this acceptable (maybe it's an extension of a joke we made, or whatever) the first thing I would do after she left would be to find a restroom, copy down the number and wash it off.
