Today, my parents said that they bought me a car. I had been begging for one for a year and they always said that I would have to pay for it myself. I got really excited and went to the garage to see my new ride. It was a Hot Wheels car with a note saying, "Save your money". FML

quit expecting everything to be handed to you. A lot of people don't get cars for their 16th birthday. A lot of people don't get their first car until after college and it's a piece of shit.

You sound like a selfish one. 16 years old is wayyyy to young for your mom To buy you a car. It's not worth the money, because you JUST started driving, and your mom shouldn't waste thousands of dollars on a car for you that you might destroy because your a beginner.

Lol, I got a gold Matchcar mustang, parked on a white paper bag with the word "driveway" written on it. I'm 42, and I still have that damn car... It rides in every car I own.
