Today, leaving the restaurant I work in, the car next to mine was very crookedly parked. I had a hard time backing out. It turned out the whole restaurant was watching me, and they all started to clap as I drove away. FML

Today, at a restaurant, I noticed a really hot girl leaving with her friend. A few minutes later they came back, laughing uncontrollably, and announced that some moron forgot to put on their parking brake and the car was rolling into the full parking lot. It was my car. They watched me chase it. FML

Today, I tried to back out of a spot in a parking garage. I did a 12 point turn, hit the car behind me and still didn't manage to get out of the spot. Everyone was staring at me, and the attendant had to come over and move my car for me. I have to park there every day. FML

Today, I went to the mall and had to parallel park. It took me 10 to 12 minutes of maneuvering before I got into the slot. When I turned off the car and got out, there were 8 people laughing hysterically and clapping for me. FML

Today, the last parking space outside my work was tiny but I tried to parallel park there in desperation. A school kid saw the whole attempt and sarcastically clapped me as I gave up and drove away. FML

Today, I was driving around a parking lot, looking for an empty spot. Someone was backing out a bit too quickly as I was about to pass by, so I honked to announce myself. The driver instead panicked and reversed into my front bumper. FML

Today, I thought I'd finally mastered the art of parallel parking. Feeling proud of myself, I got out of the car to admire my handiwork, only to realise I'd parked halfway onto the sidewalk and completely blocked the entrance to a cafe. I had to sheepishly move my car while enduring the glares of annoyed pedestrians. FML

Today, a nice couple came in to buy a car. I offered to drive it out from the line of cars for them, since it was a tight squeeze. They then watched as I managed to back it straight into another car, causing a large amount of damage to both. FML

You must live in California. We have the most reckless drivers in America (it's a fact). I've almost been hit about 5 times in the past month just from crossing the street when the walk sign is on. Plus we invented the California Roll. :D EDIT: we dropped to #4! YAY! Congrats, NY!

Hey buddy, In NY you have to avoid dumbasses, potholes, cops, emergency vehicles, garbage trucks, UPS & FedEx trucks, cats, dogs all in the same time. Practically you need to scotch tape your eyelashes to your forehead in order to avoid accidents. Also you need Matrix reflexes as well.

want reckless driving go to mexico city, for the normal driver a person walking down the street cualifies as a second class citizen so running over them is no problem the streets are in a bad shape so you need a humvee to drive comfortable red lights don't mean squat and so are driving rules and laws

Yeah, I don't really see the FML. I hate when other people park too close or crookedly. It sounds like they were applauding you for conquering the situation. Nice job!
