I would say sue for sexual harassment but that just seems to easy
OP you live in the UK all you need is another employee to agree to confirm that your boss says this then go straight to your HR team. He'll get SO fired and you'll most likely get some compensation for the harassment! And if the HR team refuses to uphold your complaint you can go to tribunal and work through the complaint that way. Make sure to document when and where this harassment took place. And everything that happens once the official complaint is made.
