Those people really don't know about what is autism then, I know someone who has it and I can grant you guys that is not a matter of accent. This is way more. Those people are known unfortunately to not being able, or having difficulty, to have a casual conversation with others. Not that they can't say words properly, it's is more about social interactions than something else.
It honestly makes me wonder if they saw someone who really was autistic of they would ask them if they were? People are so ignorant I swear.
