Can't your parents help a little bit I mean you are their son...do they expect you to starve until he gets a job or have enough to maybe buy something to eat?

If you really wanna do something about it call the police and report him! I don't normally condone calling the authorities on family but thieves are assholes in general and anyone who steals from their own family is just a piece of shit! (no offence to you or your apparent piece of shit brother of course!)

Why do your parents have to punish him? I mean, he's a grown man, shouldn't you be able to find a solution to this without involving your parents?

You know...rereading this...I just had a thought. Take that same amount of money from your parents. It's not theft, right? They didn't worry when your brother did it to you, so why are they suddenly upset? Tell them that you'll pay them back when YOU get a job after you graduate. Point out that YOU are using it for groceries, not to run around with your friends. So what is the problem? Make them justify how it's just fine for him to take your needed money to go party, but not fine for you to take THEIR money for food. Fair is fair. If the only punishment for taking money is to eventually have to pay it back, take the money you need. If they bitch, tell them that next time you'll be sure to spend it on alcohol and parties so that it's okay. MAYBE the light will dawn on them then. And if they try and punish you? Hand them the cash, call the cops on the brother.

Take something of his. And maybe find a safe with a lock. And your brothers a dick. I would start filling out apps for him.
