I really hope your sister is an actual child, because in my eyes, she is either prepubescent or a sociopath.
How old is she ?
I guess it's time for the solution to every sibling issue: Bring in the parent(s). It should be pretty obvious to them that you've worked hard to get the phone, maybe they didn't want to borrow you money for it, and that you would be old enough not to break your phone that quick. Hopefully your sister will have to pay for another through your parents and get grounded for a solid three months with no fun stuff lying about her room.. Depending on her age, you could rip off the head of one of her favorite dolls or something similar to ehat she did to you, using the same excuse as she did.
That's some twisted reasoning but she's kinda right
In what alternate dimension could OP's sister possibly be right, kinda or otherwise? Sissy is just trying to rationalize her shitty behavior by deflecting responsibility off herself and nothing more.
As nobody brought it up: YDI for getting a phone you need MONTHS to earn for. If you can't live without a phone you can't afford to replace, insure it ;)
That sounds awfully close to what a rapist would say...
Break something of hers with a similar excuse
Well, if she didn't want you to break her jaw, she should've been wearing a hockey mask! All the time.
You use that word "fair". But I don't think it means what you think it means.
