Um, if you are on an iPhone, do not hit the up arrow looking key twice in a row, it locks the caps lock. (Is that redundant, locks the caps lock?) Anyway, if you are on an android, I am not sure how the keyboard looks on there, so I cannot help you. If you are on a computer, press the caps button once. If you have caps locked on purpose, you might learn that people find it annoying and it is "shouting".
