That is absolutely sexual harassment, and to people who think it isn't: sexual harassment is not about flirting/hitting on people. Sexual harassment is about making people uncomfortable on the basis OF their sex, as in, them being male or female. Asking someone about their period schedule is making them uncomfortable on the basis of them being female, thus, sexual harassment.
I'm not going to lie, this made me Lough out loud! You all need to lighten up. And just Maybe the op can be a bit bitchy when she is pmsing... I know I can.
People always freak out over these things when no one thinks it could be because OP is always in a bad mood or a bad worker when she is. Stop freaking out people get a sense of humour.
