Today, my boss fired me for dating a co-worker. There's no policy forbidding it; he just thought it was unfair that I could get with the "hottest girl who works here" but he can't. I live in an at-will employment state. FML

As an employer in an "at will" state i can say that the employer still has to have "just cause" i.e. written warnings for said problem. If they do not have any documentation that you were warned of an infraction then you are open to compensation, either in the form of unemployment benfits, re-enstatment or settlement.
