Today, my boss is writing me up for not signing a report before I left work. He refused to print the report that day, and I don't have access to the printers. FML

OP if you are not the only one to sign a report keep a blank one around to place on the bosses desk signed by "Ass hole"

Sounds like it's either an oversight on his par, or he set it up so that he had an excuse to dig at you, OP. I'm hoping he just assumed you would be able to sort this. Good luck, go directly to HR and tell them why you don't agree with the write up.

Do not sign anything! You weren't at fault for not signing the report because it wasn't printed for you to sign, go to HR if it's addressed and tell them the situation
