I get random foot spasms and can happen at these times too I try and subtly attempt to make it go away and ignore it recently it's been bearable but I used to get incredibly bad spasms that would reduce me to tears so in that situation I'd probably have to stop if it was that bad I had to click YDI because I can understand the pain of your partner and it wasn't his fault the noise was likely as it was painful but he was trying to continue
