my boyfriend does that for a laugh, and i find it pretty funny - i don't see what the problem is! And i used to do that with my exgirlfriend all the time, and she also thought it was funny. i'm sure it's not really his idea of foreplay, it's just mildly amusing. If i were you, i'd say 'hi' to his dick, n see how he reacts. It could be quite entertaining.
