Tell him, sure, carry on doing that. Considering that where I am, a box of about 10 good quality condoms costs approximately 7.50€, you can buy small packs for about 2€, even get them for free in some places. And treatment for some hideous infection caused by all that built up bacteria? Priceless. Your life sucks but you also deserve it for letting him do this for so long.
