It's not hard, you just tell them you'll only have sex with them if they wear a condom. If they still make silly excuses; congratulations! You've just been spared from having sex with someone selfish enough to risk your health.

If a man refuses to use a condom, there is a pretty simple solution. Don't have sex with him!

That's true, but those are skin to skin STDs and can usually be cured, which usually doesn't cause too much worry. I'm saying here that the likelihood of OP using protection is low, and since OP did not specify, we should assume the worst.

Even using a condom is not 100% effective, so regardless she needs to get checked out. If she didn't use a condom, she deserves it, and she knows it so she may not put it on here looking for sympathy, knowing she would just get lectured and ridiculed. As well, even if it is a less harmful std that can be contacted with skin to skin contact that a condom can't protect against, it is still a bad thing, any type of std can lead to further complications.
