Men are weird that way it's a mommy complex they still want to be attached to the breast.
It's definitely a kink thing, and if it weirds you out op just talk to him about it. I wouldn't say it's a reason to leave him unless the two of you can't work past it.
I never got why calling your significant other the title of a parent was a thing Some people are weird I had a gf like that once actually

No.. Just no. That is. No... Eta: its not mummy that bothers me. Its the pretending to breastfeed that does.
The real question is if you were lactating or not
My husband likes the milk
My (ex) girlfriend would act like a baby, calling me "dada", making baby sounds, and clinging to my leg. It was incredibly creepy, and only after I got properly annoyed at her would she stop. Of course, the only other alternative was for her to get incredibly pissed at me because I didn't "value how cute she was". Sometimes it's a no-win situation.
Sounds like she's a Little. Ddlg would explain that. She should have explained her kink to you before imposing it on you.
A couple I knew for YEARS was into the DDLG thing and we had no idea until a drunken conversation slip-up occurred. There was a 10 year age difference, and we used to tease him by asking which playground he picked her up at... those jokes IMMEDIATELY stopped being funny. What consenting adults choose to do is their choice, but it is definitely strange to watch something so personal get outted.

Everything having to do with calling significant others "Mommy" and "Daddy" needs to stop. It's just weird.
The whole "daddy" thing always confused me, please don't let "mummy" take off :/
