Why are people blaming OP? You should be able to trust your SO. I sounds to me like victim blaming saying 'oh you shouldn't have sent them to him then'. NO. HE should not have sent them on. This is entirely his fault - not OP's. This sounds to me like victim blaming and rape culture.
