Today, my boyfriend, who lives 100 miles away and whom I haven't seen in 2 months, told me he was visiting my city with some friends. I assumed this was an opening to an invitation, but no, he just asked me about the best places to get drunk. FML

Give him the addresses to all the most popular gay strip bars. That should make his night.

I'm sure he really does care about you. He just has to be drunk first.

why being with someone 100 miles away in the first place ?

Because when you actually have feelings for someone things can work throughout the distance. Like me and my boyfriend, 7 months and going strong. But since he doesn't sound serious at all then this is a difference situation.

Send him to all the senior citizen hang outs!

Something tells me he's not really into this relationship thing as much as you are OP...

how could a guy be that dedicated when there is no sex in 2 months ? the guy probably cheats too. It's not a relationship if you see your partner once in 2 months, I don't even know if it would count as cheating

37 - Cheating is cheating, regardless of how far apart they live. If they aren't loyal and instantly start seeing other people, it's best to end the relationship before it gets worse.

How sure are you that he's your boyfriend?

That was my thought...sounds like she sees more into the relationship than him...to her a boyfriend, to him a friend with benefits?

100 miles away isn't even that far. If neither of you are willing to drive less than 2 hours within 2 months to see each other I'm not sure that is even a relationship.

You make a good point. My boyfriend lives 130 miles away from me, but we're each willing to make the 2 1/2 hour car ride. We see each other nearly every weekend.

What a jackass. You two haven't seen each other in 2 months and when an opportunity pops up he just wants to get drunk? I say airbend his- I mean, dump his ass. To me, he doesn't seem committed to you.

You should've joined so you could have made it an invitation.
