Today, my brother and I were going to give our parents their anniversary gift which cost us over $3000. The gift was a trip to London in August to see a show on Michael Jackson's comeback tour. FML

I concur with the many people who say to show respect to Michael. He was a very influential person and I'm sure now more than ever he will continue to be an influential person. Musical artists have said they look up to him. He was an inspiration as a performer to many different people in the music scene. He's opened doors for the music scene and the music video world. He's the one who created the cameo! Have you seen his videos?! Michael Jordan, Eddy Murphy, Paul McCartney as well as other people have appeared in his videos! Michael's was an AMAZING dancer and his dance moves have been imitated by artists like Chris Brown and Justin Timberlake. Ask any person in the music industry and you'll see how much of an impact he's been. Sure he's crazy, but he was abused, mentally and physically, by his father ever since the Jackson 5. It's obviously had a toll on his psychological development. He doesn't need to be praised, but you certainly do not need to speaking of him in such a cruel way. Sure you can focus on the negatives about him, but you cannot deny the fact that he made amazing songs and amazing albums. You cannot deny the fact that many people commend him for his work in the music business. He has produced numerous number one hits and I don't even NEED to name the songs! He is and will forever be known as the King of Pop and that is no exaggeration.

Okay this isn't that bad. You will get a full refund for you concert tickets. And I'm sure you parents will be thrilled to be able to go to london alone. They can do whatever they want. Its still a kick ass gift. And to everyone dissing michael jackson, Yeah i didn't like him that much either, But do you realize how successful he was? Most of you won't be 1% as successful as he was. So Suck It!

i just read a comment that said Michael Jackson's death is a stunt, thats a load of crap he is trully dead, god bless him, R.I.P M.J at leaste has got away from all the shit people that dont know him say about him.

Micheal Jaclson didn't molest those children. He was the King Of Pop so give him some god-damn respect. He had a very troubled childhood between the Jackson 5 and his abusive dad, so he never had a real childhood. That's why he built the theme park in Netherland Ranch. He's innocent and talented. He was a good man, always donating money. Leave him alone and for those of you assholes making MJ jokes now, shame on you. ---R.I.P Micheal Jackson

That's a horrible thing to say #187 Rip MJ

He was VERY VERY talented. He was also, in my opinion, kind of insane. He WAS addicted to prescription painkillers, and even if he DID have Vitiligo, I don't think that makes your nose get narrower, so he DID have lots of surgery, and he DID dangle his kid off a railing, and he DID wear lipstick. BUT he was ALSO a very very talented and unique individual who pretty much invented pop, popularized the moonwalk, was an amazing choreographer, dancer, singer, and overall performer. Until he had his first surgery he had a lot going for him. I think the stress got onto him. I DO believe that Neverland was intended to be innocent, but there IS proof that some children shared Jackson's bed, which is a little.... unusual. But again, I will mention his talent. So... he was crazy. Awesome, yes. The King Of Pop, yes. Crazy, also yes.
