Depending on the local / state law, "stealing the car key" = grand theft auto. Add a count of aggravated arson to that & she'll be sitting in jail for a long time.

Time to call the police. Also, why the **** does someone set another persons car on fire? It could't have been that bad of an ending to the relationship.
