Not that this would make the situation remotely better in any way, but what I got from this is that OP's ex left him for another woman, and then passed on the lingerie to her as a gift. Either way, OP, best to just let it go and appreciate that now there's room for someone better in your life.

Your situation isn't impossible but it's highly more likely that the scenario is: Op's ex left him for another guy, the other guy likes how op's ex looks in the lingerie op bought her (which she kept and now wore for her new boyfriend). Sounds like she's a horrible person op. Not only did she leave you for some other guy, but she doesn't feel bad about it, and wants to rub it in your face and get a reaction from you. I'm sure it hurt but you are sooo much better without her. You don't want that kind of horrible person in your life.

Comments like your ex made are only intended to hurt you. It makes the person making comment much more ugly then it does you. Stay strong, and tell your ex, even if only in your mind, hat she's an ugly person, no matter how good she looks in the lengerie.
