It suprises me how effed up some people are.. The dad could have easily called the pizza place and cancelled the order and gone later to order one. Some of you morons are actually saying eye damage is not important? Try waking up one day with a visually impaired eye and tell me how you feel. Because you most definitely wouldn't wanna stay at home for another minute considering how bad the pain is. Stupid jackasses.

Well if you really thought it was that much of an emergency the hospital has cabs, too. I think they're called ambulances and they're a lot faster than a damn taxi.

Any kind of eye issue can become serious so DEFINITELY FYL for having a dad that doesn't give a shit. I definitely know a lot about eye problems, I've had a lot. A few years ago, my eye was a little irritated in the morning but I just thought I had dry eyes that day or something. It started hurting a little bit after awhile and then progressively hurt more and more over a couple of hours so I ran to the eye doctor right away for an emergency appointment. It turned out that I had gotten a corneal ulcer and my doctor told me that if I had come even an hour or two later, I could've had serious permanent damage. Eye problems can be VERY serious!

A couple days ago I found out I am starting to get migraines. I could only read 1/2 of a word and so I freaked out. An hour later I got a huge migraine, the muscles around my eyes felt like they were going to explode. I could see, though. I went to two eye doctors who did tests and then told me that it was just a migraine. Yours could have just been a migraine. But yikes, not being able to see out of one eye suddenly can be serious. Anyways, just be thankful that you didn't have to pay a bunch of money for an ambulance.
