nothing wrong with it imo. I cry for 20 minutes when I stub my toe
I can see doing that...The only pain worse then stubbing your toe is stepping on a lego block
the dad is way melodramatic
Yes there's something wrong with it. The OP is from canada, one of the drains on the medical budget is people going to hospitals for no reason. Like what OP posted. A bruise, seriously? It just uses up money and time from other people with real problems. Like real broken bones etc.
I ment I agreed with 12 that subbing your toe brings tears to your eyes and there's nothing wrong with it
Imagination is a powerful thing. I've seen the same thing a couple times before. And when the X-RAY is there that shows not even a hairline fracture the pain also instantly stops.
"Dad, rub some dirt on it."
Dads... When will they ever learn. Tripping over dogs and s***.
Today, I was the first person to say, you deserved it, greatest day ever. FML
Parents be trippin'. Literally. I only enjoy waiting rooms that carry obsolete National Geographic.

He only had to wait 3 hours?! That is not a long emergency wait, it could have been worse (I had to wait 12 hours when I broke my ankle).
No offence but your dad is a drama queen
