I think your soon to be husband should be notified...maybe a different best man will be better...
imagine what his speech must be like at the wedding lol
Wow. That's heavy... Was he attempting to steal you from his friend, or just coming clean with his feelings? If he was coming clean, though inappropriate, it's understandable. But if he was trying to seduce you away from your fiancé, you should probably tell your fiancé sooner rather than later.
This sounds like a How I Met Your Mother spoiler.
You need to tell your fiancé BEFORE the wedding OP, because keeping secrets is not a great start to a marriage. The three of you need to meet face-to-face. I'm curious as to why the best man would tell her now, at the least appropriate time.
Probably one last test of how honest and dedicated your are.
Let us know how the ceremony went...
Reminds me of Love Actually.

Definitely tell your fiancé, pretty sure that's unacceptable. He needs to understand that you're out of bounds
It doesn't have to be awkward since you'll be with your soon to be husband, its just one day so bear with it for now and you don't have to see this guy afterwards anyway. And this guy probably watches too many reruns of Shrek or something...
