Today, my five year old daughter was watching cartoons on TV. Then a Barbie commercial came on. My daughter sang along with the theme song "Be who you want to be, B-A-R-B-I-E." She then turned to me and said "Mom, I want to be a hooker." FML

holy sh*t! does she know what a hooker is? and that's why i dislike the 'Barbie' dolls. no one has that body, but it makes little girls idolize it

How does she know what a hooker is? Maybe if she was... 7 or so, that'd be believable. Or if she has siblings talking about hookers around her, then she'd just parrot it back. I work with little kids and have a five year old brother; none of them have ever seemed... old enough, i guess to know what anything about sex is
