an important question here is whether she's a pathological liar (like she says) or is a sociopath, or some combination of the 2. . .I've seen 2 women who were significant others of friends of mine who were sociopaths (and as a result lied in significant ways), that ended horribly for the guys (who were great guys). I can only see this ending badly for you to stay with her, good luck
