Well in the first place, I acknowledge that not all men are as you describe them, although it is probable that a fair number are. Now, why you are wrong: We do not have a "plethora of excuses", in some cases we have reasons. In other cases we can be creeps, but not always. However the previous statement is there merely to provide some satisfaction to you if the most important point is not so easy for you to understand: when it is and is not appropriate for a man to look at a woman's chest is a matter of opinion, and therefore should not be argued. There are some times when it is, or least it is not inappropriate, and some times when it is not. Now, it is not being "honest" when women point out "how they (men) are perverts and overly impulsive", or at least your subtle implication that women exceed men in this capacity and are therefore doing a good thing. In reality, it's just pointing out another's hypothetical fault. In the factual sense of the word honest it is still not true because not all men do that. Next, whether it is or is not a man's instinct to "check a woman out" can not be disputed because neither of us can scientifically prove that in a male human's DNA pattern a code exists for such a thing. Your statement that we "put the girl down" is, in most cases, just false. Unless you mean by this that looking at a girl's chest makes them feel like an object and lowers their self-esteem, which is possible, I acknowledge. However in many cases, girls (my age at least, I don't know about adult women) are actually proud and enjoy the attention. However, men still do not insult or verbally abuse women by staring, and therefore that statement is generally untrue. Next, it is your opinion as to how you feel about it and what it means to you, and therefore I couldn't care less. After that...Okay, I'm done. I don't want to make a frigging essay when i don't have to.
