Oh, this happens... I've seen people in America purchase a costume in advance a month or more ahead of time from Japan because they want it very well made. Sometimes those costumes don't show up until Christmas, even with the highest quality of shipment being paid for. And what's sad is the seller makes it seem like it's all the buyer's fault for whatever the reason...

Did you order it from platinumcostumes.com? Same thing happened to me when I ordered my daughter's halloween costime from there. I ordered it 2 1/2 mos before halloween and it was delivered (luckily) 2 days before halloween. It said 10-12 business days on their site. And they never returned any of my emails and calls went straight to an automated message that they never returned either. They suck. Of course they processed my cc payment the same day as my order. Go figure
