well, you know he was going to like your gift!
Aw, maybe you could rerun it and use the money to buy him games & accessories for the new console, he'd probably appreciate that too.
Take it back, buy him a game and pocket the difference. If he's dumb enough to go shopping the week before Xmas, you need to profit from that:)
Profit to the max
I trained my husband 30 years ago, NEVER buy anything after Thanksgiving. Or there will be a painful and lingering death, and it won't be mine.
That's what you think. Muhahahhaha (plus the policy makes a ton of sense anyways lol)
Well considering there's two video game consoles: Xbox One and PlayStation 4, just return the console and get the other one. That we gets two consoles. Or just buy video games for it, or buy more controllers and a headset.
Pretty sure he only wanted one. I dont see why I would want a ps4 AND An xbox
Please do not tell me you bought him a PS4. I love Sony to pieces, but they ****** up that one by SIMPLY not having complete PS3 support.
If you're referring to backwards compatible games, they're planning of adding digital.copies of ps3 games to play later. also since op said 500 I assume its xbox one.
A) I was guessing. B) They should've already done that when they were making it.
Not exactly like Microsoft has backwards compatibility either lol. Both companies failed pretty hard there
Now that you mention b/c, they should've had all games on both servers for download.
OP, I feel your frustration! My BF is an extreme spender. Always buying himself every and anything he wants and leaving me with no ideas left. What do you get someone that has everything already?
I have the same problem with my boyfriend. He's very impulsive when he wants things and makes far more money than I do, so there's no way I can keep up. I've learned to stick with making homemade gifts and cooking his favorite foods. I find that he appreciates thoughtful gifts more since those are things he can't just buy for himself. Stuff like custom sculpted miniatures of his D&D characters or handmade costumes go over really well. Be creative!
Should've just told him, it's alot of money. Buy him a game for it.

I'd end up admitting it and ruining the surprise before he bought it.
Maybe this time you should have just told him?
