How long did you wait before you married him?
#34, I was going to write those exact same words!
girl, you deserve way better! If he doesn't change: DIVORCE HIM and go search for a better man
You still love him don't you
I think you should have thought this marriage through a bit more x(
Wow, some of the people on here are soooo nice. I can see why she was upset, that her husband was so careless this early in the marriage and didn't care that the ring was lost. And then he got drunk and acted so terribly? You are always accountable for your actions, even if you're drunk. It's absolutely no excuse. OP, I'm sorry about that. I hope you find the ring, and you two talk it out. But at least it's better to know that the marriage might not work now, instead of years later.
And he never showed signs of this while dating right? Why do people marry people like this and then act surprised when they're still like that in marriage?
Cause when the guy isn't being an asshole with his buddies, he's "really sweet", and deep down she knows he loves her and has her best interests at heart. Yeah, I don't understand it either x(
give the man a second chance... but don't put up with that forever
Why are so many people here saying that he wasn't responsible for his words because he was drunk? Didn't he drink those drinks to be so drunk? Who else is responsible? Because someone must be, its not her and she's hurting....... So yes he is responsible, whitout a doubt. Hope he will stop drinking for you... or if he's just this kind of a bad person, that you'll leave him before he start's hitting you :( Good luck!!!
